In order to simplify the process of issuing permanent Fall Protection Certificates, Fall Protection Group will now be mailing the certificates directly to each participant. There have been a number of occasions where temporary certificates have expired before participants received there permanent card due to the double handling of the certificates. Direct mail-out by Fall Protection Group will reduce the possibly of temporary certificates expiring. We will continue to issue participants a temporary certificate upon completion of the course, and we will continue to scan the temporary cards and retain copies in our files. We feel this change will greatly streamline the process.
