With operations spanning over 60 branches across six provinces and 14 states, and over 1,200 employees, she goes above and beyond to provide her team with the necessary support. Her colleagues recognize her as someone who genuinely cares about the safety, health, and well-being of everyone in the organization, as well as the customers they serve.
Ashley's commitment to personal development is evident from her CRSP and CHSC designations, as well as her active participation in the safety community. She serves as the Chair of the Fraser Valley Chapter of the Canadian Society of Safety Engineering (CSSE) and participates in the annual Threads for Life walk to raise funds for families impacted by workplace tragedies.
